This week we revisited the Kanban method of project management as a team. We have been presented with this style of organization before but have not used it directed towards our project yet. The sticky notes on the whiteboard represent communication status, progress and issues. We were all very pleased with the outline and how moving each task along the board meant it was on its way to being completed. Another aspect we liked about this method was how it was a visual representation of how to optimize our work flow and get all of the tasks completed at the same time with no overlapping. The sections of work separated out really helped us visually see what areas need to be focused on the most.
